Havenist Annual Subscription Giveaway

Terms & Conditions

General

  1. The Havenist Annual Subscription Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is conducted by JK D’Arcy Pty Ltd (ABN 12 138 839 522), trading as Havenist, located at 10 Pangbourne Street, Wembley, WA, 6014.

  2. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree to abide by these full terms and conditions.

  3. This Giveaway is a game of chance, with winners selected randomly from the pool of valid entrants. 

Eligibility & Entry Requirements 

  1. To enter the giveaway, participants must: (i) be 18 years or older, (ii) be a resident of Australia, and (iii) not be an employee of Havenist or an immediate family member of an employee.

  2. Entries must be submitted between 5:00 AM (AWDT) on 10/02/2025 and 11:00 PM (AWDT) on 12/03/2025 (the “Giveaway Period”).

  3. To enter, participants must subscribe to Havenist’s mailing list. 

Winner Selection & Prize Distribution 

  1. Havenist will randomly select the winners from the pool of valid entries at 11:00 AM (AWST) on 12/03/2025.

  2. The winners will be contacted directly via email on 14/03/2025.

  3. The first 30 valid entrants drawn will receive an annual subscription to Havenist Magazine for Issue #7 and Issue #8.

  4. Winners will receive a congratulatory email from hello@havenist.com.au containing a unique code to claim their prize.

  5. The email will include a subscription link, where winners can use their unique code to redeem their free one-year subscription. Before the next billing cycle, they will receive a reminder email and can choose to unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@havenist.com.au or simply opting not to renew. 

Liability

  1. Havenist is not responsible for any loss, expense, damage, or liability incurred by entrants or winners in connection with the Giveaway.

  2. This Giveaway is independently conducted by Havenist and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with any other business or platform. No third party, including but not limited to social media platforms, assumes any responsibility for any loss, expense, damage, or liability incurred by entrants or winners in connection with this Giveaway.

Personal Information

  1. Havenist collects personal information from entrants solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway. By entering, participants consent to announcing the winners' names on Havenist e-Newsletter.

  2. By entering the Giveaway, participants also consent to Havenist using their personal information for future marketing and promotional purposes. If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing lists, please contact us at hello@havenist.com.au.
