The Great Getaway Giveaway

Terms & Conditions

General

  1. The Great Getaway Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is a collaboration between JK D’Arcy Pty Ltd (ABN 12 138 839 522) trading as Havenist of PO Box 426, Wembley, WA, 6913 (“Havenist”); Gourmet Glamp by Walk Talk Taste Margaret; The Row Cottages, Forest Grove National Park; and Plane Tree House, Millbrook Valley, Yallingup.

  2. By entering the Giveaway, entrants accept the full terms and conditions.

  3. The Giveaway is a game of chance. The three winners will be selected randomly from the pool of entrants.

Eligibility & Entering

  1. During the Giveaway period, anyone may enter the Giveaway, provided they are (i) over 18 years of age; (ii) a resident of Australia; and (iii) not an employee or immediate family member of Havenist, Walk Talk Taste Margaret, The Row Cottages, or Plane Tree House.

  2. All entries must be received between 8:00am (AWDT) on 21/04/2023 and 5:00pm (AWDT) on 01/05/2023 (Giveaway Period).

  3. To enter you must (i) Like the Instagram Giveaway post, (ii) Tag two friends, and (iii) Follow @havenist and your dream escape: @walktalktastemargaretriver, @therowcottages, or @planetreehouse_yallingup.

  4. Enter as many times as you like and for a bonus entry, share on your stories.

Drawing Winners & Awarding Prize

  1. The three winners will be announced on our Instagram stories at 7:00pm (AWST) on 01/05/2023.

  2. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize of 2 nights for 2 adults glamping at Gourmet Glamp by Walk Talk Taste Margaret (Valued at $900).

  3. The second valid entry drawn will win the prize of 3 nights accommodation for 2 adults plus wine and cheese platter at The Row Cottages, Forest Grove National Park (Valued at $1,000).

  4. The third valid entry drawn will win the prize of 2 weekend nights or 3 weekday nights for 2 adults plus Wise Wine and Bahen & Co chocolate Plane Tree House, Millbrook Valley, Yallingup (Valued at $1,200).

  5. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, and the accommodation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Apart from nightly rate, the winner is responsible for all additional costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. 

  6. Havenist will send a DM directly from @havenist to notify the winners before announcing to the public.

  7. The winners must claim the prize by emailing their full name, postal address, and phone number to hello@havenist.com.au.

  8. The winner must liaise with accommodation directly regarding dates.

  9. If the winner does not claim the prize within one month after the draw date, Havenist may conduct a second draw from the pool of valid entries at 7:00pm (AWST) on 01/06/2023.

Liability

  1. Havenist is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and winners in connection with the competition.

  2. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram and neither Facebook or Instagram are liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and winners in connection with the competition.

Personal information

  1. Havenist collects personal information about entrants in order to run the Giveaway. By entering the Giveaway, each entrant consents to Havenist announcing the Winners’ Instagram handle on our Instagram stories.
